Sencirc is a private investment firm that invests in, builds, and owns companies that convert waste to energy, fuels, and high-value derivatives:

  • In-house capability to structure, execute, and manage complex commercial agreements, navigate regulatory frameworks worldwide, and evaluate, deploy, and oversee technologies suited to diverse waste-to-value conversion pathways.

  • Strong foothold in the waste-to-value industry through an extensive professional network across the value chain, having secured long-term feedstock contracts, fully wrapped EPC agreements, and technology partnerships for multiple projects.

  • The team has successfully developed, financially closed, and completed five energy projects (3 MWe to 25 MWe net capacity), totaling ~$500 million in investment and over 65 MWe gross capacity from 650,000+ tons of waste inputs per year.

  • Sencirc, through its waste to energy business, manages the largest unsubsidized gasification plant in Europe under a Management Services Agreement, which it had originally developed and achieved financial close in 2018.
